2. Data processing in general

This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal: no tracking cookies are set, no analytics tools are used, and no fonts or scripts are loaded from third-party CDNs. All fonts are served locally from our own server.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in order to deliver the website and to ensure system security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources.

4. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose.

5. Online booking via Eversports

Bookings are made through the external platform Eversports (Eversports GmbH, Vienna, Austria). When you click a booking link you leave our website; the privacy policy of Eversports applies.

6. Google Maps

On the location page we embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). The map is only loaded when you scroll to it (lazy loading). Google may process your IP address in the course of this. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing clear directions (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Spain this is the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
